Samaresh, a successful business man who has crossed 40 suffers from a mid life crisis. He still eyes young girls and if they are scantily dressed, then it makes him more excited. His wife is fed up. He gets a new young P.A who is actually the fiancé of the Executive Director of his company. He starts flirting around with the P.A.To teach him a lesson, his wife pretends to go around with Rajiv, the Executive Director.Samaresh even hires a private eye to keep track of his whereabouts, but when he discovers the truth he apologizes to his wife who by this time has left him.Rajiv and Mili (Samaresh P.A) ask his wife to forget him and she gives in. His wife makes him her P.A and she becomes the Chairman , but discovers that he simply cant change himself.
